A modern house in the heart of Topanga with views of the mountains that surround the canyon, and privacy for each apartment in the house. The main Topanga creeks converge here, and the ocean's breeze keeps it cool in summer and clear of the coastal fog. The Sunset Suite is on the second story, facing west towards saddle peak. There is a 2000 sq ft common yard with a fire pit, bbq, rugs, tables and chairs to serve as an outdoor co-work space, for yoga or exercise and the occasional community event. Wifi connects to speedy fiber-optic internet. The town has everything one needs and it's right nearby, walking distance to Topanga's best restaurants, cafes, shops, events, yoga, markets. There are numerous trailheads within a 5 minute drive... that branch out to literally hundreds of miles of trails that wind through Topanga and the Santa Monica State Park - the largest urban park in America.

The house is accessed on the little street that starts beside the Hidden Treasures vintage store. Look for the second driveway on the left side with the really BIG CONCRETE RETAINING WALL with the address on it. Parking is at the top of the driveway. From the parking area, you enter via the north side of the house, to the right of the garage-studio. There is a glass entry door leads to the staircase to the second story. The Sunset Suite door is on the far side from the top of the stairs, with a keypad entry and the sign "Sunset Suite" on the door. If you are inviting more than a few guests, best to ask them to park close to 170 North Topanga Blvd and to walk up the old driveway.
